[Solved] Navigating A 3D Scene

Hello!

I’ve been trying to play around some with the 3D projects others in the community have made. I have run into extreme difficulty trying to look around the 3D scene in editor. Sometimes I can get the entire thing to rotate other times it refuses to. When I do get it to rotate it is just around the 0,0,0 axis.

What are the specific buttons to navigate a scene in editor?

For example: I was able to use control + left mouse to rotate this scene around the axis. What else can I do to move around the scene?

Any help would be appreciated!

The controls are listed here:

  • Pan: Alt + left mouse button.
  • Zoom: Alt + Right button (three button mouse) or Ctrl + Mouse button (one button). If your mouse has a scroll wheel, it can be used to zoom.
  • Rotate in 3D: Ctrl + left mouse button.

You can also middle click + drag to pan.
