Tetris like tutorial (grid based block matching game)

Are there any good getting started tutorials for doing a simple, grid-based puzzle game like “Tetris”, or “Palamedes” ( NES grid based block matching game). If not, can someone please point me to a good place to start building something in a similar style?

Thanks for your suggestion @Johan_Beck-Noren I didn’t see a “Tetris” specific one in there, but what I did see it on the path of what I’m looking for. If your curious, @selimanac found an exact Tetris clone below.
