Sound Intro Loop

I would like to have BGM that it’s basically a one file sound. But it has intro phase that was designed to not be included in the loop.

The example is: I have the bgm music which has total length in 2:00 minutes. the first 0:00 - 0:20 is the intro phase of the music. the 0:20 - 2:00 is the music that designed to be loop. I want to be able to set that in Defold.

Not optimal perhaps but: if you separate this into two different sounds and play the intro first and when two minutes have elapsed you loop the next sound would that work or is there a noticeable pause or stutter when you change sound?

I’ve done exactly this. There will be a hitch, but if you add a little fade in and fade out in the two clips and overlap them you can mask it so it is barely noticable.
