Shift-select multiple tiles doesn't work (SOLVED)

Hi!

I’m following the War Battles tutorial where supposedly multiple tiles from the tilesource can be selected at the same time using Shift.

I tried all possible combinations: left-shift, right-shift, and also tried control key, alt key, etc. Nothing seems to work. Instead I always end up with a single tile (the one where my mouse button is released).

I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I’m doing something wrong?

I am using Defold Editor 1.2.136 on a MacBook Pro with macOS 10.12.6

You can select multiple tiles from the tilemap, not the tilesource. Is the tutorial actually saying tilesource?

Oh you’re right, I misread. Indeed shift-select on the tilemap works.
