Please, delay hiding right click menus on editor 2

Hi, newcomer here trying defold!

Since we need to use right-click menu so often in the Editor this little thing can improve productivity a lot, IMO.

Just when I click “New…” my mouse-hand wants to go automatically and in straight line to the item I want to click in this case, “Script” by the green path, but I’m forced to follow carefully the red path and is annoying for me :slight_smile:

Btw, a toolbar with the most frequent used items will be also very nice, and/or more keyboard shortcuts.

HI @piXelicidio, and welcome to Defold!

For future reference, I can recommend adding issues and feature requests for Editor 2 in either editor2 issues or via the Editor 2 menu “Help -> Report Issue”. That way we’re sure not to lose track of any tickets :slight_smile:

Well, I submitted my first issue with something new: --> Editor doesn’t recognize file extensions if not in lowercase
