Particle effect [SOLVED]

Hi everyone.
I’m trying to create an effect like the example below (using particle effect) only in one, white color. But I am not able to get something like this. Can anyone help me?

This is from one of my games. Attached are the three files you’ll need to recreate the effect. It uses a flipbook animation as a single particle so I hope that’s okay.

There’s an old video about particles that is still mostly relevant, though uses the old editor.
