Music Volume Changing?

So I’ve been doing some work, and now I’m thinking about how I could possibly start a song but then change its volume whenever I want to while it’s playing.
It would also be nice to be able to know if I could change the song’s speed while it’s playing.

I know for sure that setting gain affects currently playing sounds, so I would assume speed is the same.
