I was planning to implement the player io by adding a single js file. But c # file + .exe file came out of it

Looks like their SDK contains all platform files, you can just stick with JS files:
https://playerio.com/download/

Also exe looks like a development server which you can use when developing.
You should consider asking this kind of questions at Player.io forums(if any) cause this is related to player.io not Defold

I know these are not related to defold but playerio forums are not active at all.
