IDE Feature: enable "backspace" button while "shift" pressed

Hello there!

I don’t know am I alone, who wants this feature, but I suggest to enable “backspace” button while “shift” pressed. I use this buttons combination, for example, when I write uppercase variable, make a typo and want to remove last symbol, but “backspace” is disabled.
I don’t know how hard to enable the buttons together, but in most other text editors it works. Btw, this also works right here, in this forum form.

I’m not sure what you are referring to?
Where doesn’t the backspace key work?

In the script editor. If you are holding down shift, backspace doesn’t work.

Can confirm. Never ran into it myself, but it really doesn’t, at least on Windows 10.
