What is an MCQ game? If you ask a question you need to spend a bit more time formulating the question so that it is easy to understand and answer (at least if you wish to get any good answers).

I guess it’s Multi Choice Questions, right? Like a quiz? Describe what you can do in gamedev and we will try to help 
If you’re totally new, you should start with one of Defold’s tutorial

Those are actually really easy to create. Games like MYST and “girlfriend simulators” where the whole interaction is made by clicking in multiple answer questions can be built using GUI components most of the time.
