Hacktoberfest 2024

It is time for Hacktoberfest again! Hacktoberfest is a month long event celebrating open source projects and contributors. Head over to Hacktoberfest.com to learn more about the event and how to participate as a contributor.

We are participating as usual and we have flagged the following projects for participation:

We particularly encourage contributions to our Examples. We would like for them to cover as much of the Defold APIs as possible. We look forward to your contributions!

# Contribution Guidelines

Added my first PR - example of health bars

I tried to improve the engine last year, but it’s complicated, time-consuming, requires discussion, and so on. In short, I failed my plan to make the necessary 4 PRs. This year I decided to go a different way - to add useful examples that will be useful for everyone!

Some of them are already available on the examples site:
