Do all require's add to the bundled file size, even if they are referencing the same file?
Can fonts be limited to only use a subset of the chars, for example only numerals?

You can click “Build Report” when making a bundle to see what’s included in your archives.
Well, the lowest number of characters is the default, the ascii characters.
A workaround would be to remove those glyphs from the source font.
