FB Instant XOXO Example Not Running

I’m trying to run the FB Instant XOXO example from Defold’s repo by opening game.project, then selecting Project -> Build HTML5. However, I’m just presented with a pink background and nothing else. I observe the same when I run a server locally with npm’s http-server. I’ve attached a screenshot showing what I’m seeing in my browser, including the console.
