Exporting images Ingame

Hello everyone
Just stumbled on a game, Dead ahead today. Nice game, but one thing that I liked the most in it was the banner you can create for yourself.
So, basically, it shows you this in game

And by clicking on publish button it exports it to an image
Well, the generating banner part can be done using Defold gui, but how does it export only the banner as an image?

You could use the screenshot extension to capture a portion of the screen:

Note: not working on HTML5 and I’ve seen it capture only black pixels on certain iOS devices. I should be able to solve the iOS issue and perhaps also the HTML5 one, but I haven’t had enough time to dig in- Was hoping for someone from the community to submit a PR :slight_smile:

Ohh! I hadn’t read about capturing partial screens in its description earlier (reading is really hard sometimes).
BTW i must say, you are a real day saver @britzl.
