Exporting 3D model from blender with animations trouble (SOLVED)

I have two different models with only one having working animations when exported. Comparing the two in blender, I could not find any reason why the animation doesn’t work, though my blender experience is quite limited. AFAIK both models use bone animations and the scene structure looks the same too so I’m quite confused. I “verified” the correct(?) glb export settings by importing and exporting the Knight model and checking if the animations work.

I’d appreciate if someone could take a peek. :hugs:

Downloaded it and tried on my project. Seems to be working.

Maybe you missed something when setting it up? Have you selected skinned material instead of model material?
