Hey there,
I’ve noticed that the editor understands .todo files (like in Atom) and renders them properly. You can also do some basic editing of the text.
Is there any way to get create or check the checkboxes from within the editor?

Huh, wasn’t aware of this!
There is currently no way to edit markdown files from within the editor. You have to do this from an external editor.

I don’t think this is markdown.
I have a todo extension in Atom that render a .todo that way.
Was a nice surprise to see it in Defold. The text can be edited and saved, but not the checkboxes
