Defold isn't starting

I just downloaded defold 2, unzipped it and started it (as an administrator) but it doesn’t leave the loading screen, it already has a long time and it doesn’t start

Can you please read this thread and see if any of it applies to you?

Defold won't open

And I guess this is Windows? Which version? 64-bit? What if you move the files to user home directory and try from there? What if you try and run Defold as an administrator?
