When I want to create new project, error window appears:

When you create a project from a template it will get cloned from one of the templates we have available on GitHub. This means that you need a network connection when creating the project. Could it be that you were offline when you tried?
If you want a completely empty project without any files at all you can create an empty game.project file in a folder and open it.
Sorry but how can I create an epty game.project file in a folder ?
Open a text editor and save an empty file named game.project.
