Camera effects

Hi ppl! I need to know if we can do camera effects such as CRT TV, Vignette, VHS Distortion and Scanlines

Scanlines:
(I believe I need a PNG image to achieve this effect.)

VHS Distortion:
(Old TV effect. Is it possible to make with camera. Or how can I do it? How can I achieve this effect?)
SVhtMY

Vignette:
(Classic black sahdes. Is it possible to do it without inserting any png effects? Can I do that with camera?)
vignette

CRT TV:
(Look at the edges of the effect. You can see, there is like fish effect but it’s a trick with camera. I wanna do that. If I can achieve it, there won’t be any need to CRT TV frame image.)

I especially want to handle CRT TV effect. If I can do it using defualt in-engine built Camera object, I will be happy.

Hi @BlackHole, you might want to check-out Horri-Fold as I believe this asset already does much of what you’re looking for.

The GitHub repo for it is here, and a demo for it can be found in Itch.

oh, thanks. Is there any tutorial for it? or any wiki?

You should just be able to replace your current render script with the one provided in Horri-Fold and eventually adjust the constants in the shaders.

Might be useful

Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooo much 100x times.

I faced with a problem fetching the files. It doesn’t show anything related to Horri-Fold. I am using Steam Version and I think that might be causing it. Steps I followed here:

I created a dependencie

I type the URL and saved it.

I fetched them

It doesn’t show

Edit: I tried non-steam version and still can’t fetch them.
Edit 2: I checked the “same name situation” but assets file have the default assets.
Edit 3: I tried fetching Horri-Fold beta version 3 and it worked. Main.zip is currently a broken path.

Using the normal archive link didn’t work for me either (non-Steam version). I just grabbed the latest release directly and that installed just fine.

Main archive should work (I don’t know why it is not working), but nevertheless concrete release versions are always preferred
