I always see answers like: it will be added to the backlog or its in the backlog
But for us game developers it would be nice to be able to look and follow the progress

Yes, it would be. Currently we have a backlog that contains lots of information about internal games (bug reports etc) so we are unable to share it openly.

One nice way to do this might be to have a public Trello board with issues.
