Today was soft release on web.
Here’s a little about the game:)
1)23 weeks on development until soft release.
2)Main build: 2.1 MB + 2.5 MB live update.
3)Tracks in animations (you can hit and run simultaneously).
4)Localization in 9 languages (via ChatGPT).
5)Lots of meta and ads places(skins, soul upgrades, levels and perks, rebirth, offers, x2 upgrades, dailies, offline rewards).
6)About 6-7 hours of content. I haven’t finished it myself (3 locations).

Was 2 weeks in soft launch.
1)Fixed bugs and errors. For example 5% of users still don’t support webgl2. Fixed some shaders to worked in webgl1.
2)Added bots. It is interesting that I don’t see any improvements in metrics or funnels after I add bots.
3)Add tutorial to unlock new area. Also add one more step in tutorial when user upgrade soul. I see small improvement in user funnel.

Noticed some serious memory issues on the Christmas scene.
On PC, there’s always an unreasonably high memory usage for some reason. But overall, you can see the difference.
I solved it by heavily optimizing the models. But today, when I tried to write an issue report, I couldn’t reproduce it until I set it back to WORLD
