We have decided to extend the jam until December 15th in order to give everyone time to properly integrate the Yandex.Games SDK and pass Yandex moderation. If you haven’t already started this process we urge you to do so now. Make sure you have completed the following steps:
- Register on the Yandex.Games platform and create a draft for your game.
- Join the Yandex Advertising Network via the Yandex.Games dashboard - This can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days.
- Activate Monetization in your game draft and make sure that it works - Fill in the draft in step 1 and complete step 2 above.
- Make sure your game meets the Yandex.Games criteria to pass moderation - Moderation takes up to 3 business days. In addition, the game may be rejected because of technical issues. Therefore, you may need 2-3 attempts. Make sure you take this into account when planning!
Use this extra time wisely and if you haven’t done so already, please make sure to complete the first 3 steps now. If you leave this for the last days of jam it will not be possible for you to meet the deadline.
