I ended up fixing it by trying several past versions of the extension. Eventually by swapping versions to older and older ones then moving to the current one…it fixed itself. So some how the extension was corrupt and not sure why a simple delete (fetch)…add didnt’ fix it, but it’s working now.
I didn’t want to post because everytime I posted I fixed it…it broke again
