I’m making a fishing puzzle game called Hook, Line and Thinker. I started it on PICO-8 in a game jam and have since ported it to Defold so I can release it on Android and iOS. I’ve just done some variations on the case and I’m curious what people think! What’s your favorite? What would you change? Original tweet.
Edit: I should mention that the buttons at the bottom are enabled/disabled as appropriate, so two of the buttons on the right are currently disabled. You can see in the video what they look like enabled, the left symbol is light green and the top one is light blue.
I’m staying true to the 16-color palette of PICO-8.
