Last month I have uploaded a game called “Bare Ball”. after one month it made 0.16 Euros for me that was about 0.13 on gamemonetize as well. I’m going to make a few better games using Defold to upload on GD to make more experience and get better feedback and I’ll share my experience again.

Okay so 1 big clue on how to predict your game’s performance: check your competitor by looking at games featured on GD’s main page
my 3 cents:
if you and your friends genuinely enjoy your game, you’ve probably made a good game
if you can retain players past 20-30 minutes mark (not an official statement made by GD), then it might work well
your game has to have 1 stand out feature; probably you spent lots of resources on artwork or you coded a pretty complex game
i.e if you coded another match 3 game with no special feature / twist, that probably won’t work out well
