It was posted as a project update on GitHub Sponsors and Patreon, and I guess those are sent out as emails. I also thought the updates were visible on the github.com/sponsors page for Defold (like it does for Patreon updates), but maybe they are not?
No, everyone, regardless of level was invited.
I had actual prepared a small presentation covering the topics, but in general I think we got everything covered in the discussions we had.
Yes, we will do another one in December. We will make sure the next one is sent with a proper calendar invite to help everyone keep track of the event.

No problem, sounds like it was a success despite the issues. 
@Alex_8BitSkull did send me an invite eventually (thank you for that), but I didn’t feel comfortable joining late.
