Engine does not run. Any obvious reason why? They have 64bit OS. A “Defold” folder is created in the %APPDATA% folder but no files are created in it. Our game’s app folder is not created at all.

Could you bundle an empty Defold app in debug mode and send that to your user and ask the user to run it from a command prompt? This way we can eliminate problems with extensions and since it is a debug build we might get some clues from the console. Perhaps the user could run Dependencywalker as well?
