Empty dash board page (SOLVED)

After login, on http://dashboard.defold.com/ i’m getting blank (just empty) page. If i do the same in private window (Firefox), all works.
Any ideas? Ctrl + Shift + R doesn’t help.

Odd. And if you try another browser? Maybe a browser plugin that messes with things? If you open the Firefox dev console do you see any errors? What about the Firefox Developer Network window, does it do any requests?

Could you try to clear your cookies for the defold.com-domains?

Chrome ok. In Console

After full google logout it doesn’t ask for login after i’m pressing “Sign up with Google”.

Network

Only Adblock installed.

@sven Thanks! It works now. Totally forgot to clear cookies :disappointed:

I just tried this myself Chrome and Firefox on my Windows computer, but I’m also getting GET http://cr.defold.com/projects/0 401 (Unauthorized) in the index. This probably means that it is trying to work, but something keeps the screen white. If I remove the cookies, I will be prompt for authorizing my google account again, and it will go white on the authorization screen after approval. The first issue then repeats itself, so it is officially registered with the correct google account. After reading other issues on this, I wonder why I feel like I’m the only person having an unresolved point in this issue.

I’m having the same problem. Blank dashboard. Tried clearing cookies and still the same (Mac, Safari and Chrome).

I finally carved out a few hours to play with Defold and now I’m Destuck. :frowning:

I’m looking at this right now, I’ll let you know as soon as I have a fix out.

I have release a fix should solve this issue for anyone who is attempting to register a new account. I am still not entirely sure if it’s the same issue that is preventing people from logging in, but please try it out now.

I seemed to go around in circles a couple times, but eventually I was able to log in okay and create a new project.

Thanks for the quick response!

Jay

Probably a cache that took a few tries to refresh, but good to hear it helped!

Let us know if anything new crops up.
