I guess with success comes some issues.
The latest download has been crawling this past week. Haven’t been able to update , got a 31 hr estimate to complete download.
They are aware of the slow speeds and are afaik planning to get the files on a good international CDN. Unless you need the features of the update you can skip it for now.
Wow, 31 hours? And that’s when trying to download the full binary? What about the auto updater from within the editor?
I’ve abandoned many attempts since last Thursday to update via IDE.
It has one operation remaining.
Fetching com.dynamo.cr.bob_1.0.0.201604041…305b6722b73772/editor/repository/plugins
and it switches every now and then to be com.dynamo.cr.bob_1.0.0.201604041…c305b6722b73772/editor/repository/plugins
Probably same file…
in the window view.
I put the latest version of Defold (win and mac) on Google Drive. Perhaps you have better luck downloading from there?

Thank you. Actually, yesterday my dl manager resumed the dl and I finally have a new copy on board. Thanks for your help. I understand growing pains and appreciate all your assistance.
