Since Defold requires a specific icon format for Windows builds, I made a small tool to create .ico files with the required format for my projects using a single PNG file.
The tool can also create icons for Android (no adaptive icons. Check out britzl’s project if you need them.)
Update: Now it can create Mac icons (.icns) as well.

Am using this on Windows and noticed the small icon size (16px) still shows as the default Defold icon.
The other sizes look good.
EDIT: I think this was a Windows icon cache issue in the end.
