I have asus ME173 and if i open http://pipler.in i’m getting this
by the way game is working on acceptable FPS (~15) and interact with input smoothly. even fullscreen works which is great.

Try editing the tag to remove
background: url("splash_image.png") center center no-repeat black;
Maybe something about backgrounds of canvas tags that mobile browser has a problem with?
