Have you also done: project → Fetch libraries after entering the dependency in game.project?

Looking at the screenshot, I am not sure what you are doing. But I would say that you have to add
https://github.com/defold/extension-camera/archive/master.zip
in the field “Dependencies” you find in the file game.project in the category “Main” and the item “Project”. It seems to me that you have added a custom item named “Dependencies” with a field “Camera” to game.project.
Maybe I am wrong, but I have always added the dependencies as I described above and not as you are trying to do.
