Defold Editor 2 does not open (SOLVED)

When running the editor on Linux, everything works fine but on windows (Windows 10 Home 64 bits), the editor simply doesn’t open and the process doesn’t appear in the task manager.

I have tried the following:

  • Running as adm
  • Disable antivirus (Windows Defender)

But nothing happened. After extract in the Downloads folder, the program starts from there. I’ve copied the folder to other locations in my pc and the editor does not start. Any ideas whats going on?

Edit: Some files seem to be corrupted, when I copied the zip to another folder, and extract there, everything works fine.
