Defold 1.2.91
You can now download a signed .dmg installer for the editor on macOS. This fixes
the issue for some users not being able to open the editor on macOS Sierra.
EDIT:
A small note regarding switching to the .dmg installer (or any new installation of Defold).
This is only relevant for a reinstallation, not an update of the editor:
Since the editor stores all the branches under the editor folder, switching editor will leave your unsynchronised branches behind.
So, make sure you synchronise your changes before making the switch!
We’ve also fixed an issue with adding your Android 6 devices as targets in the editor.
The spine model loading has gotten a fix which helps compatibility between spine versions.
And finally, the sys.save function has been improved to be much more robust, in terms of error handling.
A failed save should not leave a corrupted save file on disc.
