Default profile images broken on forum? (SOLVED)

The colored hex with a letter in that shows for people who haven’t set a profile image seems to be messed up. Is this just me?

I’m on Windows 7. On the latest Firefox they show as a broken image icon, and on Chrome (an older version: 72.0.3626.109) they are missing entirely (even from the layout).

Must be a problem with the latest version of discourse. We are investigating.

Upgraded the forum now, and it seems to have fixed the profile image problems
