Changing orientation when IAP popup is active on causes the dialog to be duplicated (DEF-1361)

Summary:
If screen orientation is changed when the IAP popup is active the IAP popup will be duplicated.

Observed behavior:
Changing orientation when the IAP popup is active the IAP popup will be duplicated. Each time the orientation is changed a new popup will be created. Each popup has to be closed individually.

Expected behavior:
The IAP popup should not be duplicated when orientation is changed.
