I have two different GUIs - first has a node with big black box (alpha - 0.5) and second one with a text node"PAUSE".
Used font is Roadway.ttf:
How to remove these white dots?
In the properties for the gui text node make sure both Outline Alpha and Shadow Alpha are set to 0 otherwise you get that white fringe appearing.
Alternatively, you can set the outline and shadow colours to the same as the text (black in your case).
