We have had support for editor auto-complete suggestions for extensions for a while now but we haven’t made a public announcement of this functionality until now. The system relies on the extension creator providing a .script_api file with an API definition.
If you maintain a public native extension we would encourage you to provide such a file yourself to make it easier for others to use your extension. Check out the script API manual to learn more.
