Thanks. It worked!
I’ve added a new ticket including the font spacing differences in the beta, including a repro.
Im not sure whether its intentional, but upon pressing enter for manual statement completion, “?” is added after some arguments which requires an extra Ctrl + Del to remove
Fixes for both your reported font issues have now been pushed to the beta.
Expect a new build within the hour.
I can confirm it works in my project. Thanks for the quick fix ![]()
The new 1.13.2 beta update from today fixes the font quality. Back to normal
Thank you.
I noticed a small UI/display issue in the tab containing the list of .appmanifest properties. It’s just a minor detail, nothing serious.
When hovering the mouse over a property’s name, a small tooltip appears showing details about that property. The tooltip is displayed correctly for all properties except the last two: “Use full text layout system” and “Use Rich Text”.
For these two properties, when hovering over the property name, the tooltip starts flickering, making it impossible to read.
I just downloaded the latest Defold Beta build, and I’m using Windows 11 Pro (version 25H2).
EDIT:
When I run my project, I also get this error in the console:
ERROR:SCRIPT: builtins/scripts/edn.lua:128: table index is nil
stack traceback:
builtins/scripts/edn.lua:128: in main chunk
[C]:-1: in function require
builtins/scripts/debugger.lua:15: in main chunk
[C]:-1: in function require
_defold/debugger/start.lua:1: in main chunk
The error points to this line in the edn.lua script:
local has_data_in_registry = {
[GOScriptInstance] = true,
[GuiScriptInstance] = true, -- <- This line
[RenderScriptInstance] = true,
}
Could the error be related to the fact that I disabled the GUI in the App Manifest?
EDIT 2:
It seems that the error was resolved by deleting and recreating the App Manifest.
My first attempt at doing something with bullet3d.constraint. It seems to be working. ![]()
