Pretty sure it was there from before 1.10.
It’s been there since 1.9.8. I’ve mentioned the problem here.
I was able to fix it by tweaking some values in the dialogs’ style and I’ve made a PR here.
However, those tweaks are irrelevant since 1.10 afair and I had to modify the style again on my machine.
