When I try to open the Defold Editor I can’t open it and the editor shows me this window.
Is this a fresh download? Where have you extracted the zip file and what version of Windows are you using? If you’ve moved it to Programs folder it could be an issue with access rights of some kind. Try moving the folder to your user’s home directory.
There’s also a risk that antivirus has confiscated some of its parts.

Yes, it is a fresh download. I stracted it in my desktop and I have Windows 10 Home Premium.
And are you running any anti-virus software as per @Ragnar_Svensson suggestion?
Yes, I am running the antivirus but I can’t disconect it because this is on my school.
You should ask for assistance from a sys admin at your school. Can you review the log of the anti virus program? Maybe it shows something related to opening Defold?
