Teaching a person under 18

…"You need to be 18 – In order to register for the Website and our Services you must be over 18 years old "… Why ? So, if I want to teach someone who is 16, I can’t do it ?

I think we used Defold to teach kids, and we also had several training sessions with teachers in Sweden and Lithuania for the kids teaching purpose.

@benjamin.glaser - any ideas on this?

How did they like it?

Kids? A lot! Thought that was a step up from Constructor.
Here’s the evidence:

Teachers? IIRC @britzl had a training project for teachers. Also this particular projects is designed to kickstart kids/non-coders with Defold:

Yes! We have had several trainings for kids (as have others around the world as Oleg has mentioned) as young as 8, as well as specific trainings for teachers. All of these initatives have been very succesfull but kids benefit from having content to work with and modify as a first step, rather than beginning with a clean slate.

The terms are stated this way since a person below 18 is technically not allowed to accept any terms in a legally binding way. That means that a parent or guardian will need to create the Defold account and will thus be held responsible for the childs actions.
