Does the console support is coming ?
There is currently no concrete plans for other platforms. What console are you looking at?

PS4/Vita would be awesome for the way, way distant future for me

Official PS4/Xbox One/ and eventual Nintendo’s NX support (Wii U too would be nice but at the moment NX makes more long term sense) would make me choose Defold over other options.

Good news everyone, who want to make games for nintendo.
Would be great to have support of portable consoles.

Might be possible to target Wii U relatively quickly through their HTML5 support (Nintendo Web Framework). It would require some extra work for sure though for the multiple screen / gamepad support.
