[SOLVED] Cant use dmengine

Hello, I am getting a not very clear error on dmengine

Win. 10
Android 4.0.3

when i do build and launch

INFO:ENGINE: Defold Engine 1.2.71 (00c6dbb)
FATAL:ENGINE: Unable to load project file: 'http://192.168.0.4:8080/build/default/game.projectc’
INFO:DLIB: SSDP: Done on address 192.168.0.8

alright, turns out only private network was active in the firewall, it seems defold uses public
