I’ve noticed that Defold may get some updates that will update just the engine and not the editor, is there any release notes for these updates available?

At each release, we make an effort to gather the changes made to both the engine and editor during the last 2 week period. That’s the ambition at least.

Sometimes we might miss something ofc and we’ll happily update the release notes on the forum.
Was there anything specific you thought of?

no really but it’s always a good feeling to know what problem solved during an update, idk maybe it’s just me. i always read entire windows update changelog before each update 😅

No, the editor is incrementally updated as the team finishes features and fixes bugs. We gather up the changes to the editor when we do the bi-weekly releases. Release notes are always posted here: [Release notes - Defold game engine forum](https://forum.defold.com/c/releasenotes)
