Play Particles in Editor

Hey Folks,

I see tons of stuff about changing particle properties, etc. I can’t get the particles to start to play.

The Time stays 0.0 and the fps is 0, and I can’t find the thing that says “Editor, play particles!”

Any help would be appreciated.

Pressing spacebar doesn’t help?

Glad to help. Just so you know spacebar activates some other options in the different editors.

It’s actually mentioned in the docs here: http://www.defold.com/manuals/particlefx/#_previewing

(But if you’re like me you probably don’t read the docs. Experimenting and learning by doing is more fun!)

That is so funny, now that you point that out. I looked at that over and over, but apparently I never actually read it. Doh!
