Hello i would like to know if everything i create here using defold is my property also if i get serious and
want to sell a game i made can i? or defold own the copyright of my game since i used their engine?
Also im i being too ambitious to learn to create a game on my own( knowing i got alot of time in front of me and can dedicate 100% to it)

Defold is completely free. You pay no royalty fees or anything like that. We do not own what you create.
is there anyway to store my game in progress in my hard drive instead of your online database?

You are not being too ambitious trying to make a game on your own. I will say that in some ways, video game programming can be seen as one of the more complicated kinds of programming because you are not only always reacting to users and their inputs, but also running the world around them regardless of what they are doing.
I can say from experience with the Defold community though that if you ask for their help, very few tasks will seem too ambitious.
