I have two different collections that I want to merge into one collection? What’s the simplest way to go about this way without it getting too cluttered? Also, will I have to go into the scripts and change what guis are hiding or showing if you combine the two collections into one?

Did you previously load/unload them depending n which gui to show? Not really sure what you are asking for and how you use the two collections. But if you merge them it is likely that you need to do changes to your code somehow.
