Lag on moving object in the editor

Version 1.2.89
There one tilemap and about 40 objects in scene. There noticable lags when I move objects. On my laptop it is inconvenient, but possible to work. But check how it looks on my artist’s laptop:

Are there any workarounds for it?

Wow, that’s slow. Windows 8? 10? I haven’t seen this myself. @sven, @jakob.pogulis, @Ragnar_Svensson, any idea what could be causing it? Outdated graphics card driver?

The same lag when I use gui with many copies of difficul template.

@britzl, looks like it doesn’t depend on PC configuration. I able to reproduce this issue on my laptop after making over 150+ objects by copy-pasting. Outliner has also unworkable lags. Fortunately, no lags in the game. But it still makes hell from our work.

Ouch, that was really sad to see. :sob: I’ll do some more extensive tests in Editor2 to see where we are, it’s unfortunately unlikely that we will fix it in Editor1.

by the way, I chacked this issue with my GUI component with many difficult templates in Editor2, and all works fine, without lags.
Can’t wait when editor2 will be released.
