I’m almost 100% sure this is caused by the exclamation mark in the project title in game.project. Would you mind trying without the exclamation mark? There is a similar issue reported for this already: DEF-2436 [Apostrophe in project title breaks Android apk (DEF-2436)](https://forum.defold.com/t/apostrophe-in-project-title-breaks-android-apk-def-2436/4284) (Please check my answer for a workaround)
